This is a message from Craig Edmonds - The Director of 123 Marbella Web Design S.L - a Legally Registered Spanish Company since 2000.

Let it be publicly known that owners of andaluciawd.com, Nina Fokdal and Matt James,

DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO:

1) link to the 123marbella.com web site or any other web site coming under the umbrella of the 123 Marbella Group of Companies

2) display any images, design or graphic related material rightfully copyrighted to 123 Marbella Web Design.

Nina Fokdal' rights to the above were waived when she signed a

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

which she is now in breach of by displaying said items on her andaluciawd.com web site.

As my lawyers as well as myself have formally issued a warning to Nina and Matt to remove the offending items from their web site and they have refused, I am currently preparing to take

CIVIL LEGAL ACTION AGAINST NINA FOKDAL

for the following......

1) breaching a signed confidentiality agreement
2) using artwork which is the intellectual property of 123 Marbella

I take the issues of confidentiality and intellectual property very seriously and will defend my rights and my clients interests in a court of law.
